Tenant Permitted Payments

Refundable Holding deposit - Capped at 1 weeks rent per tenancy

Security Deposit - Capped at 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - Capped at £50 inc VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent - Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs or give the tenant the option to purchase themselves

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract

Viewings Are Now Permitted

In light of the most recent announcement from Boris, we are pleased to have some positive news. WE ARE OPEN FOR VIEWINGS AGAIN!

We are over the moon about this! However, we would kindly ask that you take advantage of the video viewings in the first instance. If you feel as though you then need to see the property you are interested in, then we are of course happy to accommodate viewings. But there are some strict rules…

• Viewings must be by appointment only
• No open houses permitted
• Only one single viewer at any given time, so please do not bring anybody else along to your viewing. If you have a family member or partner or roommate, we will schedule a viewing for another time. If you turn up to your viewing with other people, you will be turned away.
• There must be 2m social distancing at all times
• Viewings will only be taking place in vacant properties
• If you or any of your house hold are self-isolating or have or HAD symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend your viewing!
• There will only be a limited number of viewings per property, per day
